What are you watching tonight?

I think I saw most of the sketches from that over the last couple days and I loved it. It was good to see Eddie back to being Eddie. I thought he killed it.

I just started watching The Expanse. I can already tell it's gonna take a couple of episodes for me to make up my mind. It's grittier than I expected. Already noticing and liking the little scientifically accurate details too. They put time and effort into making sure the stuff they do obeys the laws of physics.
It took me a min to get into it. Not sure how many episodes, but once it gets going you won't be able to stop watching. Easily one of the best sci-fi shows of all time.

I'm trying! I've watched three episodes but keep getting distracted by stuff like this!

GOT = Best show ever. 1,000 times better than The Witcher. Please. Don't get me start. Haha. :D

Now they just need to make 7 GOT movies, each movie for each of Martin's 7 books (if he ever finishes his books). But they have to follow his books, not change crap around.

On second thought, let's take his 7 books and make 14 movies out of them.

Really trying to polish that turd eh?

If only the last two seasons would have been at LEAST 10 episodes...
GOT was (is) maybe my favorite show of all time. Heck it was the only reason I got HBO and I have all the Blue Ray or DVD sets. That said the last season felt rushed and I was disappointed in some of the characters development. Anyway overall I'll give it an A could have been an A+ but for the final season. Just my opinion...

I think I'm just annoyed that they left so much open. You could tell that without the source material they kind of went "uhhh, let's do this" and people probably went "why?" because it probably didn't make a whole lot of sense.

I mean, it's no Dexter, but season 8 wasn't a good season compared to the rest. When you set the bar that high, you're bound to disappoint.

I think most of us felt cheated with how GOT unfolded on TV and how HBO changed Martin's books in the show. This led to resentment toward GOT as a whole.

Fortunately, as @Gmoney pointed out to me, the author hasn't finished the GOT story yet in his books. So there is hope that Martin will give us what we deserve.

It was raining all day here in NH so my younger son wanted to watch some movies. We watched Shrek, Harry and the Hendersons, AKIRA, and Phantasam. I should have been studying for finals and writing some final papers: Now I have to do it today. :(
Phantasm. Oh man what peculiar film from 1977-78. Incredibly and wonderously COOOKY.
