Brewery Ferment: The Smokey Bear - Cherrywood Smoked Braggot 9% abv I had to look up Braggot as I had no idea what it meant (it sounds a little beer snob-ish, eh?). Braggot = malt mead or honey beer. It's got a nice flavor to it, but is very sweat. My mead experience is very limited.
