Update: 3/18/16:
We are in the process of settling this dispute out of the court system with Ethan Winer of RealTraps. As a show of good faith, we renamed the page title in reference to the real problem at hand, YouTube's Unfair Copyright and Strike Policy.
Ethan has shown good faith by restoring our videos so I've also taken the article off the homepage of our site. It's nice to see mutual cooperation again.
Per our agreement, I am closing this thread down from further commentary. Thank you all for your comments and support and we wish the best move forward for Ethan Winer and RealTraps.
