Now he is threatening Europe with tariffs. Two things can happen: we make it here instead and it costs more or we buy it with the tariffs and it costs more. Either he has something up his sleeve or he is a complete moron. Since I don't think he is smart enough to have some master plan, it is clear which of those two it is.

Well, we do have a good idea of his mental capacity.  What's worse than a moron?
