My daughter is coming back from being gone for two weeks that day and I've been taking care of their animals, so I won't be able to go. Trip was unplanned, so we sort of just had to go with it. They were going to go to the race with me too.

Little road trip to SF yesterday. Beautiful day. Going back tomorrow to participate in Bay to Breakers run.

Go to the Ferry Building and visit Rancho Gordo for some beans, get some meats and wines at the other shops, hit Mai's for some Vietnamese, and then freeze and ship.... please

Sounds like you need to come back :)

These beans? Happened to be there and stumbled across them... Yes I had to put my hands in them.

On to new prospects...still a Subaru :D

Here is the impending replacement. 2011 STI that served as my friend's showcase car for their company. Effectively, it has 11 miles on the original motor (4800 on chassis) They drove it from the dealer and pulled the motor and dropped their own heavily modified one in. Now they're selling it and dropping the original motor back in. More details once I pick it up.

A nice set of wheels for 4-wheel drifting!

While it's not "arrest me red", the "pullmeover blue" should be nearly as effective.

I really envy those who can have the ability to shift your own gears. My last one was an '04 Pontiac GTO (a.k.a Holden Monaro CV8 VZ) but because my wife couldn't drive it as a second car I had to trade it in.

Now I have a company car and they won't let us have manual transmissions. They say they're hard to sell off at end of lease. Two of our choices are the Subie Legacy or Forester with the sewing machine transmission. Ugh.

You have fun OK? :)
