I don't believe in destiny
Or the guiding hand of fate
I don't believe in forever
Or love as a mystical state
I don't believe in the stars or the planets
Or angels watching from above
But I believe there's a ghost of a chance we can find someone to love
And make it last...

Must be tough being drunk and yearning for some monkey love.
Great Rush song.

How's your Scrabble playing coming along? :D

My eyes have been mildly bloodshot for years, and lately I've become determined to reduce the redness. Friday and Saturday morning, I tried a new kind (to me) of Visine - which actually made them more bloodshot. The Clear Eyes that I also got (and have used before) might be working, so I'll give it some time.

I also tried some overnight gel last night - it's basically like putting Vaseline on your eye balls. I was a bit hesitant to do it, but I ponied up after three beers. It didn't seem to reduce the redness at all, but I'll keep using it for now.
I've tried them all, get RhotoV.

Trust me.

Stings a bit. No worries, clears away soon and you won't believe the difference. Try not to tear it out, you'll learn to enjoy the sting.

Thanks, Sensi! For some reason, I thought that you might have a good suggestion on eye drops for reducing redness. :D

Earlier today, I ordered some eye wash. I'll give that a go, too. One of my issues is an amazing wussness when it comes to anything touching my eye, which includes eye drops. I think that I figured out a way this morning to apply the drops effectively, though, so the eye wash might not be necessary.

Haha, yeah.

I was the same, had a tough time with eye drops...

Trick with eyedrops, when first starting, is it's easiest in bed. Like, sit on the edge, then lay back (so your feet are on the floor but eyes are toward the ceiling) and then drop them right over. Gravity will do the rest, try and keep your eyes open. If not since your eye socket is a cavity when you blink the drops will slide in. :)

Your first use of RhotoV might get your attention, so, warning in advance. Stick in there, a bit later you're eyes will likely feel much better.

Basically a few people find them to be too much, the rest find them to be the best damn eyedrops ever. hehe.

I forget if I mentioned this already - after I gave up dairy this summer, meaning that Niki also no longer got milk and cheese, her yeast infection went away. That was an unexpected and huge bonus. She'd had that for years, and nothing that I did got rid of it for very long.

Sensi inspired me with his thread on a better lifestyle. I got off the chair, mopped and steam cleaned the tile floors, cut my hair, and am now working out.

I'm not that inspired, though...I'm sure that I'll have a beer later. :)

EDIT: In retrospect, I was already cleaning the floors when I saw that thread. But, I was inspired to work out...

My 2 year old little girl has decided that she loves coffee and asks for it all the time. I was concerned that it was bad for her but a lot of new research points to it actually being good for her. That said, she doesn't say the word coffee very well yet. She calls it possy. But the 'o' sounds like a 'u'.
We had friends over the other day when she walked up to her mother and started begging for possy. Then she clarified by saying that she wanted hot possy. Then she said that Daddy likes hot possy too.
Imaging the looks we got.....

Hi Adam, I had the same problem when I spent all day staring at a screen at work. I dimmed my office lights, (actually I opened my ceiling lights and loosened some of the bulbs) to reduce the screen glare. That did the trick, no more red eyes.
Hope this helps.

I must learn to not drink possy while I read this thread. Now I have to clean the hot possy off my monitors. That was funny GM.

How did you get hot possy juice on your "monitor"?
Oh I was not prepared for the funny. I think I even had some come out my nose. My office neighbor came in to see why I was choking, laughing and swearing.:)
