.....Gentlemen, I find myself resolving some issues tonight....I entertained the notion I felt yesterday about never strapping an amp again because of the loss in damping factor....but I know these subs of mine sound better on seperate strapped amps....buddy, when a 4 ohm sub is being hit with 2 ohm watts, you can walk up the oscillations and dust the ceiling....I believe the higher resistance 4 ohm full range speakers have the potential to walk away from 8 ohm speakers....but it simply is going to need more headroom than 8 ohm speakers to gain authority....anyhow, I only have 3 amps I really want to use, and I just set up rears using the speakers I got from Bob over a year ago.... ...."Hold on, Hold on, This is Tick Tock McGloflin, LIVE, at Clocker's Corner",(tone)-(tone)-(tone)-(etc), haha....the thought just hit me about using the Mac 2200 on the temporary rears I've just set up that will end up being """MIDS"""....will wire them every way possible including coat hangers, haha....that was the first laugh "I" got to experience on this great board, the mention of using coat hangers for speaker wire, oh well....I will wire them every way possible to BOTH brand amps I have, to give the ears a chance to decide....Buck does that and I've come to see him as a insightful perseverer to cover all bases on a decision or statement....I watched Seabiscuit exclusively for a full month....gone.....
