If you prefer to handle it online, you can follow the directions below from Apple (original link here):

"You can deauthorize all computers connected to your Apple ID if you've reached the maximum five authorizations:
  1. Click iTunes Store on the left side of iTunes.
  2. If you're not signed in to the store, click the Account button, then enter your account name and password.
  3. Click the Account button again (your Apple ID appears on the button), enter your password, and then click View Account.
  4. In the Account Information window, click Deauthorize All."

ok from now on, this is my thread for all of my computer problems.... i have enough threads in this category already. so ill get on my itunes problem in a second but i have a problem that i've had the whole time i've had this computer but haven't mentioned till now (strange because its a pretty big problem).

my problem is pretty much random crashes.
in the beginning i thought it was my ram, either bad ram or overheating. i bought some mushkin ram with heatsinks on it and....... to be honest....... i have done no gaming on it since i upgraded. i tried red faction immediately after i installed it and it crash immediately.

its not just the programs crashing either... heres how it goes:
doing something on my computer (i've noticed it happens mostly when im doing gpu intensive tasks but lately its been happening while watching 360p youtube videos for extended periods of time) > monitor shuts its self off (dpms mode off i think it says, normal for it if the computer goes to sleep or something) > a few seconds pass during which i realize it did it again and attempt to mute the audio in preparation for the next part > audio keeps repeating really fast, keyboard stops responding, hdd led stays lit > turn computer off > computer knows something went wrong and asks me if i want to use safe mode > i choose no > computer starts fine and everything seems to work fine > a few hours - a day later, process repeats

like i said, i thought it was the ram.... nope
now im thinking the gpu but why does my audio go all crazy if it is?
im also wondering if it could be my processor, because its just complete junk
but now im thinking maybe the hard drive (s), i just noticed they are both running at 51C which apparently is bad. im about to re locate the hard drives into the top 2 5.25 bays which now have an old laptop cooler fan in them so maybe that will help

i just have no idea what it could be :(
could it also be a total defective motherboard?

never had these problems with my hp....... but with that i had what i had and there was no option to upgrade. but it did have heatpipes... but hp made it to only fit that mobo :(

this is the ghetto fan

edit: i moved the hdds and they are running cooler so far but i just turned on my computer a few mins ago, i also remover my wintv-pvr 150 because its usless with 4gb of ram so that will cut down on heat and ive noticed ANOTHER problem.... not a huge one because i have an external dual layer dvd burner, and..... forget it, we can worry about it after we fix everything else

To fix random blue screen of death or BSOD you need to do crash dump analysis. It's not as complicated as it sounds.
Watch this series of videos to learn how to do it:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JSeNWvjhBfg - Watch At-least thru 7/9

I successfully analyzed two different crashes on different machines and in both cases the fault was with video card driver. Updating it fixed both issues, thou the hardware was completely different.

its not a bsod though
but i realized that my mobo came with a cd so in installed all of the software, installed intel graphics media accelerator, updated the bios and played red faction. it didn't crash immediately so i think it may have worked but ill do more testing today

This thread is so incredibly full of fail I don't even know what to do.

OP a "Pentium" (I am assuming P4 Socket 775) does not beat a Core 2 Duo....as its not a true dual core. You should be able to clock that 6300 to at least 2.8Ghz on stock volts. But I wouldn't even bother as every post you have made is riddled with incorrect information, and statements that show your blatant ignorance of basic concepts in PC hardware and components. You obviously have access to the internet so before you do anything else do some research. I will advise you to stay away from [H]ard OCP as they will eat you alive there...I will link you to some resources below. After you get a little more educated on how a PC actually works, then you can come back and try some overclocking.

http://ark.intel.com/products/42801/Intel-Pentium-Processor-E5700-(2M-Cache-3_00-GHz-800-MHz-FSB)
looks like a dual core to me
# of Cores 2
i compared the specs of the pentium and my core 2 duo on there and from what i saw, they were quite similar in several aspects but the pentium was better in some, here take a look for yourself http://ark.intel.com/compare/27248,42801

my old 3GHz pentium 4HT actually performed slightly better than my core 2 duo on novabench.

overclocking is NOT an option because i HAVE done research i cant find any traces of a successful overclock on my mobo or even figure out what clock generator chip it has. i cant see one on it and i've found some other people with the same problem.

also, im 16. sorry, but im not an expert with computers. but i seem to know a lot more than just about anyone else my age that i know.

im still learning.
your "video card" has 10 Execution units which are roughly equivalent to ATI's stream processing units... but you see Radeon HD 4870 has 800 of them...

In addition to that, your "video card" is using your regular DDR2 memory which tranlastes to 12.8 GB/s memory bandwidth. 4870 uses GDDR5 with 256 bit access which translates to 115 GB/s.
i learned something from that post, i used to think it was all about the memory, i knew GDDR5 was better than DDR2 or DDR3 but i though that memory was all that mattered.

i also have visited both of those websites a few weeks ago, some of the users on both of them were having the same o/c problems as me if i remember correctly.

Core 6300 have very little to do with P4. I did searched around and I found same result as op - he can't use his mobo for oc.
If I were him id look ebay for good 775 socket mobo maybe with cpu included.
I saw asus p5e deluxe go as low as $15

i cant find any p5e deluxes for sale but they look really nice. i cant figure out why when i look for mobos i never find anything nice like that.

but i found an ABIT IP35-PRO XE on ebay for $68.10 + $26.99 shipping
it seems similar to the asus except it doesn't support p4's, oh well. but it can be overclocked
but a $15 mobo? thats crazy awesome

but...... i cant afford any of this right now. my birthday is in 6 days so i might end up with $150 max which goes to: $60 -$80 graphics card, $50 power supply, $20-$40 left and then maybe some extra money from selling computer parts and if the extra money is $67, then i get a new processor

actually i meant asus p5b - it's an older model, but it's perfectly able to o/c
http://www.ebay.com/itm/ASUS-P5B-Deluxe-LGA775-Motherboard-/220840597344?pt=Motherboards&hash=item336b201760#ht_500wt_1413

ABIT IP35-PRO XE on ebay for $68.10 + $26.99 shipping - it's a bit too much for it. Yes, the board shown very high o/c potential, but you are not looking to break records.

here are some good deals (I'd suggest some addition research for you before choosing , i rather show the potential out there)
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Asus-P5B-E-Motherboard-Intel-LGA775-DDR2-8GB-Quad-Core-/270805273113?pt=Motherboards&hash=item3f0d408a19#ht_5248wt_1163

i dont see much of a difference between p5b and the p5e, but im LOVING the prices. i can defiantly afford one of those. and i could use my p4 that you all seem to think is junk :(

Note:picking up new PSU make sure it'd have at least 2 x 6 pin connectors

i got the power supply (corsair one) and its in and working good so far. but umm....... theres ALOT of wires. wow my case if legitimately stuffed with wires now. the pci slots and the cpu heatsink are the only places without wires in the way. but its looks like a beast and probably performs pretty good. now i just need a few more dollars for the radeon. sorry but the $20 rebate expired today so i had to buy it quick so im now a few bucks short but ill have the money possibly tomorrow
