True, but pianos are not electronics and Steinway has always "eaten their (Yamaha's) lunch."
That is true, but whose pianos do you see in concert halls around the world? It is Steinway and not Yamaha, with some Fazoli.
So "eaten their lunch" equals to which piano (or electronic components) are SEEN in concert halls (or rich people's houses)?

There are a lot more pianos in people's HOUSES around the world than concert halls. :D

You are not making any sense. :D

"Eaten their lunch" means that they are "Beaten"; in this context (we have been talking about business income/revenues and losses), it means that they beat them in SALES/revenues. So the Yamaha beats the Steinways in sales.

So if the Marantz AV10/AV20 are seen in more "concert halls" (or rich people's houses) than other AVPs, does that mean Masimo was successful and "ate everyone's lunch"? :D

Damn, man, I'm still hung over from that Atarax 50 mg last night, and I make more sense than you this AM. :D

Red Lobster at least use to be the most popular seafood restaurant, probably meaning they were the biggest money maker. That doesn't mean they had the best seafood.

Now does it make sense? :D
Let me think. I'm still hung over from last night. :D

30 minutes later: Okay, I've thought about (even though still hung over) - No, it does NOT mean they have the best or even GOOD seafood. :D

Now stop asking me questions - my brain still hurts. So Red Lobster ate their lunches and wiped the floors with their lobsters? Does that make sense? :D
