If it weren’t for Masimo, you wouldn’t have the awesome AV10, which you love so much.

The old Sound United sold you the AV7706 that you hated so much, while Masimo sold you the AV10 that you love so much.

Your single sentence works better than my multi paragraph one, but I would still add that he should hope that you and I are right, as he also had great things to say about his 7705/7706, the two really are 99% the same, so that means even the AV10, if Masimo is that bad, it may also.............

It was actually 'Lucky Goldstar', which reminds me of some meals at Asian restaurants- does Happy Family Combo sould familiar?

They had bought Zenith and Sanyo before the name change.

Does this mean you are now a JBL Dealer?

I've actually been a JBL dealer, but just never sold any big JBL except for some small in-ceiling JBL speakers.

I really want to her the MAKALU, specs look really good and the fit and finish is above the M2 by a wide margin, IMHO.

yep, again thus the name change to up the image. Heck we own LG washer and dryer, been on Consumers top picks for years now..........
