Have you NOT seen that the US Constitution doesn't grant rights to the people, it removes the ability of the government taking rights away?

The US Constitution and Parliament have provisions for removing a leader, but that should only be done if conditions become unmanageable, by Parliament or Congress. Congress is a bunch of spineless worms and they aren't likely to remove him but I asked a question before and you haven't answered it- WHAT WOULD YOU CHANGE, since it's mostly the same as it was when you were born? None of the Amendments since the 1930s could possibly harm the people of the US- the 22nd limits the number of terms for POTUS and 25th defines succession. WHAT, EXACTLY, is dangerously rigid?
