I read your other thread about this genisis media labs junk this morning but i decided not to post a response in that thread because i didnt have anything good to say to help you so i figured no response was the best but since your in the steam vent now.........
Yes they are white van specials,ebay is flooded with their junk with all the auctions showing links to their official looking website,their name is a rip off that is very close to a high end speaker manufacturers name, i think your screwed as far as the amp/reciever section goes in that system ,these companies never have an operational service dept as promised.
You should always remember that anything being marketed direct to the consumer from a van no matter the color is pretty much junk,what makes me even sicker than white van speaker sellers are the guy's in white coats that sell meat from the back of a van
