Contest Questions: Do you currently use remote IR control/distribution in your system? If not are you planning to add it to your system in the future? What features do you feel are important for IR for this type of a system.
1) Yes. I have an Intellipad controlling the zone for my whole house system.
2) I would like to have a number pad on the control panel to enter channel numbers.
3) Ease of use and upgradeable. Such as I would like an MSU that can handle multiple IR inputs (keypad, ir sensors) so I can control from multiple locations.

1. Yes, minimally: IR-RF-IR link to equipment room adjacent to theater.
2. Might change it for more versatile system.
3. Range, reliability. Would like multiple IR transmitter/emitters for equipment room.
