I'd be interested in the LMC-1 when it get it's "Available shorty at no charge, the HD-UL1 external HDMI switcher will seamlessly integrate with your LMC-1 processor." This would make a great system and a great value.
Thanks

I really really like my SP3. It is beutiful, sounds good and with the Ref 1.0s and XCD99 was the best deal I ever got in audio. I have Ref 1.5's, Ref 100 centre, Ref 1.0s, ULW-10/ UFW-10, ULs, and lots of other goodies. Best value to price ratio period.

Oh yeah, I really like Ref 1.5s, the more I listen to them. Sorry.

Right now, I think the X-series speakers are the most compelling products due to the excellent value. I would love to see where the X floorstanders go, especially an MTM model.

What really entices me, though, are the line source models. That's a lot of speaker for the tag and I hope the finished product sounds as nice as the specs.

It's gotta be the x-ls 4.1 System since it's the one I have my eye on :D

Now seriously, I haven't had the chance to try any of their products, but with the rave reviews and incredible price points, I'm really looking forward to try the system at home.

I'd actually have to say the Bigfoot. That is one hell of a center channel. It goes loud easily, yet remains clean and clear with dialogue. It projects a solid image center image, especially in a larger room, and it looks great too in those great wood finishes. The size is a bit intimidating; "Bigfoot" is an appropriate name for it.

X-series get a first runner up for me, because I haven't heard them yet :D Based on what I see and know about them though, I'm certain they are solid performers and they are absolutely gorgeous in the shadow maple which is amazing for this price. (If I won, X-LS or X-SLS are what I would be buying for certain).

Although I don't have one, I am most intrigued by the UL combo. Let's face it, the speakers and other products offered by AV123 can be matched in terms of quality by a number of suppliers. But if all the initial indications are correct, the UL combo may represent a true breakthrough: high quality separates at the cost of a mid-level receiver. I anxiously await the reviews of users after the DPLII/DPLIIX issue in the LMC-1 has been solved and implemented.

What do you think is AV123’s best product and why?

I think the new X-LS series book shelf speakers. Great price and performance.

X-LS. Amazing price, amazing performance. Especially for us poor college students! Don't know of any other speaker I can say that about.

Ultra-Lites!

I believe the Ultra-Lites are truly breakthrough products. I am a newcomer to the world of home theater and audio and never gave thought to owning separates. I always felt that they were something that the rich and famous can afford. My eyes just about popped out when I saw the pricetag on those beauties. I was seriously considering upgrading to an upper mid-level receiver like the Yammie 2600 or Denon 3806, but, now I only see the Ultra-Lites as my new upgrade. Thank you to all of us aspiring audioholics who have modest budgets!

The RSC300 "Bigfoot" center channel would have to be my favorite current product. The combination of performance, value, and looks just cannot be matched.

The product I'm most looking forward to is the X-SLS, the tower version of the X-LS.

First let me sat that I do not own any AV123 products (i would love to!). In fact most of my equipment is 10 plus years old! Mostly due to 3 teenagers living in the basement where my home theater resides! So how do I satisfy my audio lust? by running a small HT/Audio bussiness on the side. Just seeing the joy in my customers faces when i am done is well worth all the work! whether it is hooking up, recominding or repairing, customers only want stuff to work. I belive that many of the staff at AV123 have these same work ethics. I see quite a few posts of customers with issues and it seems that they respond very quickly.

So after reading many posts at AV123 I belive that by far possibly the best "product" that they offer is SERVICE! Anyone can sell great equipment at any price but being there for a customer that has a problem is worth maybe more than all of the specs, technical data and bells and whistles out there! many of us know what it feels like to wait for your equipment to arrive only to open it up and find that it is damaged and or not working properly. Then to have to wade through the mess that some of the corporate entities call service just to here some one say send it back for repair! That alone is enough to kill anyones buzz for their new equipment!

So i applaud the wave of internet based companies who are really there for us the customers AV123 being one of them

i don't own any av123 products, but i'm seriously considering them ATM. i'd say their best product isn't a product at all, but the customer service that comes with their products... and even without them.

if i had to pick a product, i'd probably say the ref 1/SP3 combo deal, just going by reputation and value.

Well, I have no direct experience with any of their products, but the LMC-1 and DMC-1 are both in the running for my pre-pro "needs" based on Audioholics assessments of the quality of AV123 products in general. $100 toward the purchase could just sway me away from a used Anthem or an Outlaw.

not an easy answer. based on what i own and know, i will say the rs200 center speaker. the speaker produces clear dialogue and blends very well with the other rocket speakers. fit and finish of the rocket speakers are also something to behold. the speakers are prominently displayed in my home theater. the ebony finish is gorgeous. what more can i say but the center speaker is the jewel of the rocket speakers.

I only have the XL-S.

I truly think they are the best because, like I told Sean over at AV123, they are like drug dealers. They give you a little taste of hi-fi for next to nothing, get you hooked, and you come crawling back begging for some Rockets or Refs.

BTW, yes I am hooked and will be ordering a complete Rocket package soon!!

I havent spent much time looking arond their website in a year or two but back then the rocket floorstanders were pretty impressive looking. They still are. Beautifull speakers for the price.

Out of the several items that I own from AV123, the most impressive item has been the RS1000 speakers. The new sig RS1000s has such a large and powerful sound, it would be hard to upgrade further to the Reference series.
