Electronics humming

Moved some stuff around today, and noticed the logan dynamo making a quiet him when plugged in but not on or connected. Was worried at first (recently replaced the amp) but noticed both my Integras make a similar noise. Is it really that common for electronics to quietly hum? Or is my hearing just THAT good lol

If a unit makes an audible hum that you can hear at the seated position, with nothing connected to any input, then that piece of electronics is substandard and below acceptable quality.

If it hums only with input connections made then you almost certainly have a ground loop.
