This cable. You might as well get the most up to date cable. The voltage inserter are usually powered from a plug in transformer, but from the US that will be the wrong voltage for you. Looks like of short length. Is there any difference between that one and these two (One, Two Certified) Apart from being fancy and detachable plugs?

Coming back to this thread—after using this setup for quite some time with the fiber optic HDMI cable, I can confirm that I haven't experienced any more issues like the odd flickering screen, or HDMI boards getting fried (Source\Sink).
