Denon AVR-S740H HDMI question/issue

I recently purchased a lot which included a Denon AVR-S740H. Works great, except for some reason I can't get the video to work. It was working fine when on my old Sony receiver (replacing the cable itself would involve taking down an 85 inch TV and rerunning the cable through the wall), and I've checked all other settings. I can't get to the network settings to try a firmware update, but I have tried a factory reset. Am I missing something or is there an issue with the HDMI board. I checked Google as well but it just shows me everything I've already tried. Thanks in advance!

I was afraid of that. I'll be relegating this unit to the garage as I have another working Denon that I can put in the living room. Thank you!
