I don't have kids and we have two incomes.

My kids are grown up and moved to other cities and we also have two incomes. It's not for lack of earning enough, my money just seems to evaporate before I can use it for play money. But then I've always had a problem with self-discipline and financial control.

To the Greg who is not P-Dawg, I'm sure you work hard to get what you want but you too seem to have a more successful result that I. If it makes you feel any better, I would also burn my money if I had yours.

I just really like the pic of the car on the Track, but truthfully, with the way things are in the economy right now, I wish I could sell the Maserati.. I'm about 20k upside down right now on it, so unless I wanted to stroke a check for 20k, I'm pretty much stuck with it and the car payment...

I have a boring white daily driver too. It's a '94 Town Car. I felt like a billionaire since it was just like Warren Buffet's '91 Town Car. I think we drove old Town Cars for different reasons though.

Yes, I got a lame excuse that the owner is out of town at the "Sony: The Consumer Is The Enemy" convention until Wednesday. The guy I talk to is second in command and used to be able to make pricing decisions (again, before they got bought out).

They said they will be happy to work out shipping, but won't be able to give a solid price until the owner gets back on Thursday. Hopefully that's not too far away for you.

I'll PM you when I hear back.

Just so you can perhaps gauge what kind of prices they will throw out, they offered the matching 100's to me in December for $1950 for the pair, and my guess is they will try and sell that CC-690 at a little more of a % discount than that since they have V.5's on order.
