To anybody and to Sheep:)
I'm looking for a camera that i can time to take pictures at a time interval of my choice either by a computer or from the camera.

It shouldnt be expensive :D
I cannot recall what has this feature built in anymore but my Canon G3 (about 4 or 5 year old point & shoot) has a built in intervalometer which allows you to do this. Canon also sells a remote control for their SLRs which gives you that control but it's rather pricy. I can't look now but I seem to remember some Nikon SLRs having an intervalometer built in but I'm not sure about their point & shoot cameras.

Oh. Are you planning on getting into photography? Nikon was a wise choice, All the Lenses fit any body.

Yes and no, actually. While it's true they will all (almost) mount physically, you will not have full control over all lenses with some cameras. You will then just have to control aperture or focus manually.

Yeah, that's why I said It will fit:p:). The older lenses won't work with any auto features. Still better then buying new glass every time you update your camera!

Some may not even fit! It's a rather complicated situation but for most people it isn't an issue.

Sweet pic. What does the car run in the 1/4. I finally got my LS3 Vette to the track at St. Thomas and ran a few 12.8's @ 114. I was a little disappointed since I was shooting for 12.4's but what do you do?

We have been fighting tuning problems all season, and have actually only made a handfull of passes. Best so far is 12.0 @ 116 with a 1.7 60'
