Seriously, I have no life.
It said many of them are ghost guns, meaning not much traceability. This is one grey area they need to close the loop on.
And the chances of that passing is close to 0. ;) After all, we have a 2nd amendment that seems to be absolute except machineguns. But we have bump stocks. :eek::mad:

Even fully automatic weapons are legal, one just needs a class 3 FFL attachment to sell or buy and carries hefty requirements.

So, it limits who can have them. Interesting. A regulated 2nd amendment right. Wonder if a modern gatling gun can be had as well like in the Accountant.

ps. I keep seeing "before 19 May 1986."
