It's on my shoulder. It should blend in nicely with the other scars on my shoulder.

I got those when I was young from trashing my shoulders lifting too much. Later in life, I discovered that a lot of guys have small winkers and didn't worry as much about getting the rest of my muscles big.

I came back from Iraq with a small scar under my right eye and when anyone asks about it I say I got it in Iraq and don’t want to talk about it all mysterious and what not....

In reality it’s because I got it from taking a 45lbs Olympic bar off the weight bench with my face while diving for a long ping pong ball shot half way through my deployment. LOL

My dad has had like 12 BCC's removed, mostly on his face. (long time jogger, gardener, and general outdoor enthusiast) Anymore the dermatologist just administers some local anesthetic and cuts it out right there in the office. He's starting to look like a cheap golf course.

It's always a good sign when they are in no hurry to do surgery. It's when they say "get here at 7:30 am tomorrow" that you worry.

How long is that incision? Was it an inch or two? Hard to tell from the photo. 24 stitches sounds like a lot for a short incision.
