Understood here, but everything is in check. 25 hz is not too low on this woofer by any means. I would personally have gone lower but space constraints don't allow it.

This is true, but tuning too low also runs the same risk at certain frequencies above Fb.

I didn't do any modeling so I don't know if you tuned too low or anything, btw. Just saying that you don't want to tune too high OR too low.

how do i tune it? i dont know anything about tuning it. but we will start building tomorrow

As long as you build it as annunaki suggested, you'll have already tuned the vent.

i started the box already but my dad was confused on the demensions of the vent.. he doesnt understand the demensions you gave so can you simplify those for me? just on the vent... we made most of the cuts but i want to make sure he puts the right spacing in between the walls. so can you maybe draw a sketch on paint and write in the space between the walls if you know what i mean. i need to know by tomorrow or the next day bcuz we wanna finish. so please let me know asap guys thanks

From post 83:

The vent dimensions in each half of the enclosure will be:

Height: 18.5"
Width inside of vent: 1.625"
Depth: 39"

If you think of it as two boxes sharing a common wall each vent needs those dimensions. Is it the decimal system that you're not getting? If it is the height is 18-1/2" and the width is 1-5/8" ... I hope that helps but I'm not sure where the confusion is.

IS IT RIGHT SO FAR GUYS? I WASNT SURE HOW LONG TO MAKE THAT SHORT PIECE ON THE VENT.. I HAVE EXTRA WOOD SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW ANYTHING THAT LOOKS WRONG AND I WILL FIX IT ACCORDINGLY

If I have read correctly, the total length of each vent should be 39". The sum of all three pieces in each J.

Wait for annunaki before you take my word for it.
