I liked Waterworld, in fact, I love that movie - it's mad max goes to sea. What's not to like? I know people tend to hate it but I'm wondering if they hate it because they think they have to? Or because it's "cool" to hate waterworld.
I will tell you that every M-Night movie is garbage garbage garbage. I can sum any of his movie's plots up for you right here:
Scene 1: Normal life in some time period. Let's watch people in everyday lives.
Scene 2: One person seems paranoid about something
Scene 3: That one person gets more people to feel that way
Scene 4: Something feels as though it is about to happen, but so far nothing
Scene 5: The tension is rising higher as something will definitly happen...
Scene 6: Something incredibly mundane happens, like killing interestellar beings with water (though there is water in the atmosphere) or the crazy guy is the monster, or nothing happens at all.
Scene 7: See scene 1.
Credits.
Only movie he ever did that was good: Sixth Sense, and it was probably only good because John Mcclane was in it. Forget Bruce willis.
