Well that was quick...my bracket is done! I had Kansas winning it all and Nova in the Elite 8....
Same here bro! I am out. It has been a strange tournament no doubt. Oh well, there is always next year. Look out! :p:eek::p

Betcha didn't think it would be Kansas....:p
Not gonna say that it was my top thought, but they went in way to cool and calm with all the talk about experience:rolleyes: Top to bottom anyone can win a game, not like in the OLD days:eek:

Hey I picked both those to to advance to the sweet 16 but not the final four:eek:. KU killed WF...looks like they're starting to roll...:)
Yeah, but unfortunately KY will have to play the winner of Cornell and Wisconsin neither of which will make for an easy game. In fact, Cornell seems to be on a roll and really scare me. To make matters worse, both Missouri and W. Virginia scare me even more! But perhaps, KY will pull through and end up in the final four. Only time will tell. Right now, Syracuse is looking quite impressive as always. In short, the tournament is wide open now. ;):p;)

As an MVC athletic Alum... Nicely done UNI!
Agreed. UNI played well enough, and I can't say how frustrated I am at Kansas as a KU fan. They had difficulties/losses this year when facing teams that really had no business winning (Tennessee and UNI). The OSU loss, well, they were just out hustled and beaten.

I very much agree here. The OSU team deserved the win. Very good coaching. Right now, I am scared of Cornell given they are the #1 3-point shooting team in the nation! My guess is, that Syracuse will win it all. However, I am still rooting for my KY Wildcats though.;)

I'm not sure if OSU has the depth to win it all. Syracuse looks good but I'd be very content with a KU title...but deep down I'm a big time Duke fan(there I said it....)!

Hey, happy birthday to you my friend. Hope it has been a fun one. Be sure to drink a round for me....or two.....or three......you get the idea. As far as Duke goes, this might be their year. However, Syracuse may have something to say about that though. And, KY is looking good. Not real sure about the next game vs. Cornell given they are the #1 3-point shooting team in the nation. Guess we will know soon enough. :p;):p

Well, props to Cornell for being a good team, but UK was the winner. UK’s defense just shut down their 3-point advantage. Going into the game I was really concerned about that. Cornell can shoot from outside really well (top 3pt % team) and they have a big man inside. UK was flanking the perimeter. Even Cousins was outside the paint on many defensive possessions. I don’t think I’ve seen him do that more than two games this year and I’ve watched nearly every one.

Sad thing is that they’re probably going to lose 4 guys this year to the draft. Maybe 5. 4 of those are freshmen.

I wouldn't have predicted Kansas to fall, but I suspected Syracuse and Duke to be gone by now. I'm hoping Duke gets pounded tonight. I think it's going to come down to a solid game between UK & Ohio St in the final 4... which would be awesome since both have a nominated Player of the Year.

Kentucky-Cornell wasn't the game of the night. That Xavier-K St. game was insane.

UK-Cornell was the one that I was most interested in, but the finish of Xavier-KState, the end of regulation, the first overtime . . . that was big time basketball. Crawford tied it on a three from another area code. March rocks!

I agree here for the most part. However, once again KY was up by 16 points at the half to almost loose the lead in the second half. The three point shooting was not there for either team. It also appears KY can not hit a free throw to save their lives anymore. Going up against W. Virginia, KY better do a better job with both their three-point shooting and hitting free throws when given the opportunity. Defensively, KY was at their best of the season imho. I also am concerned about the turnovers. Just too many. Teams like W. Virginia will take full advantage if KY keeps turning the ball over so much. It should be a great game. Hopefully, KY will move on to the Final Four! ;):);)

Yeah, I agree. The double overtime was spectacular to say the least. At one point, it looked like they may have gone to a triple overtime. Both teams wanted it, but in the end Kansas State hung on. No doubt, it was a very good game.

I don't recall saying it was.

Yea, the Xavier/KSt game was awesome.

What about Ohio State falling to Tennessee?...

I'm watching Duke play right now, just hoping they get stomped. *crosses fingers*

Yes, but don't forget about Bledsoe drilling 8 free throws at the end of the game, in a row. He made more than half his total points on free throws.

Cousins has got to start making these. He's going to be target #1 for the clutch fouls from the opposing team.
Speaking of whom, I'm glad that he finally let go of his anger problems. I was worried that a team would really play to that and try to get him ejected by pushing his buttons.

I just shed a tear.

I'm gonna grab the toaster and go take a bath. Been nice knowing you guys!

In all seriousness, WVU deserves it. They turned it up in the 2nd half and UK sucked it up. And, like everyone has said all season, UK's inability to make free throws cost them. It didn't come down to it, but had they at least shot 60% they would've won the game. Kudos to WVU, though. Their first time going to the final 4 in 50+ years. I wish them luck.

Now, Baylor... kick Duke's ***!
