That is a great suggestion. Is it really that inexpensive? (-yes, I answer my own question with a quick look on Amazon
) I never did it because I was only familiar with the hard-wired Niles solution (over $200 and you still have to use your old remotes or buy a Harmony) and the Harmony stuff that requires a separate emitter for an extra $100 on top of the Harmony cost. I have always wanted a remote with RF so I could have all of my gear facing the same way (and only have one remote) but I guess my ignorance prevented me from doing it
