She was the chart-topping pop singer of the 50's and the 60's. In 1960, she became the first woman to reach No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 with “Everybody’s Somebody’s Fool,” and later became the first woman to have three songs hit No. 1.

I liked to listen to her songs, and actually I have a CD of her top songs. It will give me the opportunity to listen to it today.

I read about her death yesterday morning. She had one of the best voices of all time. I liked “Don’t Break The Heart That Loves You,“ “Who’s Sorry Now,” “Stupid Cupid“ and “Where The Boys Are.“ Oh, I forgot about “Lipstick On Your Collar.” It makes me shake my tail feathers.:p Rest in Peace.
