Got mine today. Not watching it until Thursday as that is the day my new couch arrives.

I saw about 30 minutes of it. It looks and sounds fantastic!

It definitely has a lot of bass effects - wonderful.

I bought it at Wal-Mart around 1 pm. Not a single person was buying it, except me.

Some movies you just gotta own, and this is one of them!

We watched it yesterday and thought it was a great movie! I do wish they could film the whole thing in IMAX though, that looks very nice and no bars.

This movie is so exciting I don't even notice any IMAX scenes or anything.

The sound quality is awesome - I think better than "Batman Returns" BD.

As one of my first experiences with BD on a 720p monitor I gotta say it's the best looking movie I've seen. I was truly impressed.

Oh man, that's crazy. The IMAX shots were plain SICK!!! gosh. I have a small dream that the next installment could be shot with IMAX 100%. That would put this title at the tops of PQ lists, no doubt.

The TrueHD track (with DRC disengaged) calls for serious subwoofers and amps that won't cry uncle! Lots of bass and midbass....

Even with no sub and only my mains doing LFE that scene still made my floor shake.

I waited forever for this movie to be released. I received my pre-ordered steel case copy yesterday and now I don't have a receiver(sold it Sunday night). So I though I'd mention to the wife about getting a receiver sooner rather than later and her response was " why do you need a receiver to watch the movie". Anyways, I figure the wait will be worth it!!

I did not receive my copy from Warner I called them and they say my order was NEVER PLACED. I have the confirmation of my order from SEPTEMBER. I am a little ticked off with them needless to say. Fortunately, I already bought it elsewhere.

I will never place another order with WHV so far as I can help it. Sometimes their price will be lower, at first, but other places end up beating them by the time of actual release, anyhow.

And their CS is the pits. The worst. I will stick with the zon, DD, J/R, and the like.

Dark Knight in IMAX, quite possibly the coolest thing I have ever seen...until I watch it on my home theather. I have recently torn out all fo the Monster Cables and replaced them with better less expensive cables and am loving it. Those greedy termites.
