I am so very sorry croseiv for your loss. It seems cancer is one of those things that just will NOT go away. Perhaps one day we will win the battle and put an end to it altogether. Sometimes it is good to talk about it and sometimes it is not. If, you ever feel the need to talk about it feel free to contact me via a PM. It would be my pleasure. God bless my friend.

Cheers,

Phil

Thanks man, It's okay though. Not to take away from the original intent of this thread at all. Cancer is a nasty disease though.

My advice to anyone, not just to Speakerman, is that you have something to keep you grounded. My work was my saviour. It kept me busy and not make me go crazy thinking about it all day long. One of my Aunt had stomach cancer. That same year her husband (who basically raised me because my dad was away) was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer - the deathnell of cancers. I saw them both die weeks apart.

Blue, I am so very sorry for your loss. It sounds like you all were quite close. I have a sister that has throat cancer but is in remission and an older brother that has a klostemy bag due to his cancer. Me and my younger brother have diabetes. I do, however, understand that passing away is a hard thing to deal with especially when the deaths occurred so close together. If, I can ever do anything for you let me know my friend. God bless you.

Cheers,

Phil

Life sometimes can be very unfair I to have lost a loved one/ family member to cancer and its not a good thing to deal with . Its been 20 years and it still hurts like yesterday at times but you just learn to deal with it and it does get better but there's always seems to be those times that are difficult too deal with. Just try to remember the good times like they'd of wanted you to . Anyway I dont want to get to deep into this so I'll just say this Blue and Speakerman ,my condolences go out to you and your families. I wish you both a quick road to recovery threw the emotional healing process . Things like this is why I try to enjoy life to its fullest and when sometimes it dosent fit into my budget I'll make it because you never know what tomorrow holds. It may not be the wright thing to do but its what makes me happy and keeps me going threw all the hardships that life sometimes deals out ..
