Nothing real special in matchups. I'm thinking Eagles/Bengals and Falcons/Bucs. The Cowboys/49er's looks to be almost meaningless this year.

Watching the local Jags Packers game right now, the Bengals Eagles game looks to be the best early matchup but everything else is blacked out locally. But this is a pretty entertaining game. Wow the Jags just scored and are actually in the lead.

Pats finally won at home after losing 8 straight. Can’t ’ believe it took a year but the jets always come through when the Pats need a win. 2 weeks off before the Rams come to town, 5 years after the Superbowl matchup. It‘s gonna be a good week!

Still enjoying the afterglow from Sunday's game winning last play, a lucky 62 yard long Hail Mary pass. Washington 18, Chicago 15.

Washington is now 6-2. Many of those wins were against teams with poor records. We'll see if those Commanders are for real. In November they face NY Giants, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, and Dallas.

After more than 2 decades of rot & decay under that despicable previous owner (whose name will not be mentioned), no one expected such a rapid rebuild of the team.
