You protest too much. Your mistrust of journalists strongly resembles the GOP playbook ever since the 1980s. The GOP wrongly assumes all journalists are as dishonest as they are. They've made that part of their political mantra. Faux News and the Wall Street Journal are both owned by Rupert Murdoch. Much of what they publish is no better than the 'GOP Message of the Day'. I would readily trust the NYT over the WSJ, or any other rag owned by Murdoch.

If I change the words "the NY Times published Trump's tax returns" to "the NY Times revealed information from Trump's tax returns", it wouldn't change any of their conclusions, or mine.
Why am I given such a hard time for wanting to see the data? The NYT did not publish the returns. The situation might be worse than they are revealing, or they might be misinterpreting or misrepresenting the data.

I am so fucking tired of you chasing me around with false accusations and cynical, sarcastic conclusions. You are just a PITA and add so little value on this forum except snide remarks.
Yes, I seem to recall you have the same feelings about JerryLove when you are called out for your statements in your posts, are unable to properly reply, and is again playing the victim role.

Exactly, which "false accusations" have I made about you?

Put it like this: Is there anything in the NY Times reporting that you feel is possibly, even vaguely, misrepresented, misinterpreted, and just out of line with all other things that have been published about Trump? Trump's niece leaked some Trump tax data, also reported by NY Times. What do you think about that? Any inconsistencies with the latest NY Times reporting on the new IRS data?

Here we go again, now accusing me of playing a victim. Your previous false accusations which you made snide remarks about were me being a Trump supporter. Don't confuse unable to reply with deciding not to reply. I'm still not seeing any value-add in your contributions.

Consistency-checking information between two second-hand sources is dumb. Let's be clear about something. My opinion is that there's a high probability Trump did some things in his tax returns which he's either convinced would hurt his chances at re-election or simply violate the tax codes. On the other hand, second-hand information reported by non-experts means nothing to me. I don't care which non-authoritative second-hand sources agree with one another about anything. And again, I think there is probably bad behavior to be found in Trump's case.

I feel the same about your drivel and your "orifice" post sets the standard, and that was the first post by you I replied to in this thread as it was obviously false for anyone following serious news reporting concerning Trump support among Republicans. Yet, instead of owning up to your ignorance you replied with drivel.

The fact is that you have a hard time when anyone questions your comments, and then you fairly often quite simply replies with ad hominem attacks instead of facts and real arguments. Your replies in this thread is pretty good example of your "debating" technique when you don't have any rational answer. This time you haven't written directly that I'm a foreigner, well so far, when unable to come with a decent reply.

Besides, you're the one that says I'm chasing you around with false accusations, so you're not a victim

It was just a matter of when F?cktard was going to get the virus. Like I said before, I hope he barely gets through this with his life, on respirator and all, so he hopefully understands how serious this virus is.

Wow, you're really narrow minded.

False. I acknowledged the validity of the Gallup poll.

I reply with ad hominem attacks? Only in this thread have I chosen to do that, and only to you. I'm simply tired of your bullshit. If you feel the same way, then quit replying to me.

Guys, you're both the same coin trying to get to the truth. No need for personal attacks. Just agree to disagree and leave it at that.

From the Woodward tapes he does understand how serious the virus is, he just don't care if any others are infected and dies.

Trump will be released from the hospital on the 3rd day to fulfill the prophecy of the messiah to his voting base.

Not really as you did not own up to your "orifice" statement in your reply to me, though @shadyJ linked that poll later on.

Now you are lying about ad hominem attacks against me. And I'm tired of your drivel as well but that will not imply that I should stop calling out your bull poop.

I did that once, and look where it got me.
I get it Irv.

It's tough to let a perceived personal insult go by. I'm quick to anger too when I feel I've been slighted. I have to keep reminding myself to, let it go ... let it go ... let it go.

My father preached that gospel quite often when I was young and hot-tempered. I didn't really grasp the wisdom of his words until much later on in life.

He was fond of saying, as long as another man doesn't lay a hand on me, takes money out of my pocket or threatens my family, what do I care?

Anger is corrosive and can ruin a perfectly good day.
