Just a hypothetical...suppose he loses the election, but refuses to accept the results, doesn't initiate the process of handing over the reins and refuses to vacate the WH next January 20th. Can the President-elect simply instruct the Secret Service to evict his a$$, or will it require a court case to resolve it?
I'm real curious as well how that will be handled, if the Electorate College does not vote for him and he refuse to leave, for example.

This could get messy and ugly very quickly.

I see a repeat of the Cuban Revolution in America's future.

No one has to initiate any process of handing over the reins. It's not up to a sitting president, or any other person. No court case is needed. It's stated clearly in the 20th Amendment:
If anything, after noon on Jan 20th Trump could be evicted from the White House as an intruder. I personally would like to see him hand-cuffed and perp-walked out the door, past reporters and cameramen, to black Secret Service SUVs waiting on Pennsylvania Ave. But sadly, those details aren't spelled out in the 20th Amendment.

Edit: The Secret Service should also have a locksmith change the locks on the White House, at 12:01 pm, January 20, 2021.

I really don't see this as a problem on January 20, 2021.

The Secret Service will simply escort Natasha, Goober and and any of his misfit kin out the door, willingly or by the scruff of their necks.

Personally I would love to see him and his fellow Trumpista's spend every penny he or they have on lawyers to dispute the results.

They would too. :D

And if Canada is kind enough to send the Canadian National Hockey Team, they get first dibs at Moscow Mitch McConnell and Bill Barr. I would make sure the referees pocket their whistles, and announce there is no penalty box for January 20th, all day.

The way I see it is that there is a big glaring hole to the amendment: He could simply institute a new calender, and poof, Jan 20th is gone forever

I think you would be surprised/amazed/disappointed/disgusted by what American schools DON'T teach. I can't find words for how you would react if you knew how little some American students retain.
Slackjawed? Gobsmacked? :)

That WH can become a jail house real quick. Like the one his buddy Epstein ... well, never mind that.

Ummm...President Roosevelt won 4 Terms. Just saying. Please tell me our Congress amended that so No one hold office more than two terms? anyone?
That's exactly why they added the 22nd Amendment- Congress decided and people agreed that the US does not have a monarchy but you have to remember- a new POTUS isn't elected during an economic crisis or a war unless they die.
