Gotcha... Hard to tell sometimes the tone in a post. See above. Nothing out of the ordinary.
I am really curious to hook my Denon AVR up in this system and run Audyssey and see the outcome.
I have that option and may try it just to see. But I do love my Yamaha Integrated.
As good as dual ULS-15's would be for music, you owe it to yourself to try Audyssey (Ideally for the low frequencies only, using the app) just to make sure you are not leaving too much on the table by bypassing additional EQ! I like that Hsu offers the tuning flexibility that they do on these subs, I am sure you have realized what a loss it would be if your only option was one of the settings that did not work well with your setup!

Agree Kurt! With the editor app you can set it to only EQ 200 hz and down if you choose. This might help you improve your bass situation without touching the higher frequencies.
