I don’t have a thing for ports... but my predilection for 3-ways is well known!

Ya I have the RSLs and supplies. Just have the kitchen floor project going on. I need to finish that up this weekend. The GF might stab me in my sleep if I put speakers ahead of Kitchen floors. LOL

Ya... I got stalled on my speaker upgrade project for similar reasons.

So I might use my "stimulus check" rolleyes to buy a pair next time they go on sale... it's going in the 'house down payment' fund otherwise.

Question though... compared to the Klipsch RP-280F (predecessor to the RP 8000F), are the JBL 590's more wide dispersion/constant directivity? I put the 280's up for sale because of the very narrow sweet spot.

I see that the Stage A180 and A190 floorstanders, along with A100P and A120P Subs are 30% off at Harmon's site right now. Not quite the scorching bargain the 5's were at but might be a nice addition to round out your system.

For those fortunate enough to pick up 580's, could you measure the tweeter height from the floor? I can't find that spec anywhere. I might pick up some refurbished ones since the sale is over and I'm trying to plan out my room. Thanks in advance!
