Hey guys! Well, yesterday was my birthday. It was the best birthday ever! Had a good time with my grandparents, we went out to eat at an all you can eat country buffet, and the food was surprisingly amazing. I got tons of stuff for my birthday, like 3 Maxell 35-180 10.5" reels, three DBX 224 type II noise reduction units, a couple of AKG K240 headphone sets, and much much more!

I just saw this thread. Both my daughters and wife suffer from mental health issues. My sympathies go out to you. Get the help you need medically and always remain open in your dialogue with someone you can trust with your feelings. Sharing your feelings truly helps. It makes you feel less alone. I've encouraged communication with my family.

Thank you for your sympathy, sir. It's very kind of you to write such a nice message! I'm doing much better now, my Latuda my doctor prescribed me with, exercising, and keeping myself busy seem to be helping.
