It hurts like a b!tch when I first get up because I actually do the stretches and exercises but that subsides after I do more stretches and exercises. Yesterday I worked it on my own and knew it was going to be a problem so I took another Perc. Seriously, all along I've been told to stay ahead of the pain. I mean they told me I could take 8 Perc's in a day. I took one and it worked. This morning, same thing ... except for the Perc ... so far. Stretching, icing and elevating have me feeling pretty spry ATM. That could change after I spend 30 minutes on my feet fixing some chicken salad. Tomorrow is my next date with Morgan.
I'm glad I had the surgery. The knee is already less problematic than I had grown accustomed to over the last couple of years. Don't get old.
