Really Boring Stuff Only III: Resurrection

I was going on a tad over a year up until last week.

After getting my U Verse bill that had the real cost vs all the promotions I have had for several years I decided I would call them again, threaten to cancel my service and get my promotions back. This has worked every year for the past 5 or 6 years. This year they wouldn't budge unless I switched to their Direct TV offer. The switch forced me to pull out the Credenza and change out the set top boxes and I went ahead and cleaned everything up. After a look at the back of my AVR, I wonder if I could ever hook everything back up if I had to.
ATT internet is too slow for our needs. Since they are making you switch you might look at charter.

I really want to get some Yamah P series to replace my Ep4000. I really want a silent, cooler amp.
The Crown XLS were extremely quiet and cool running.

I figured out the Sanway has over double the power per channel for $100 less. Obviously there's more risk with the Sanway, but it'll be a blast if it works.

Let us know how it works out. My room gets so hot with the EP4000 that it's hard to watch anything.

Based on what guys have said about Sanway over on AVS I feel fairly confident that even though warranty support is much less than with a domestic-ish company, that I can get a good amp that will work and if something goes wrong Sanway will work with me to make it right. I've seen guys who have had problems come up and the Sanway rep spend hours on the phone troubleshooting the problem and then shipping the replacement part covered under warranty.

The Crown I've had and I pushed that thing hard and never got hot. A little warm, but never hot and the fans were very quiet. I'm sure the XLS2 or whatever it's called is equally as good. Although the Sanway is just too intriguing to me to pass up if the Peavy goes.

Slow like in what way? Mine is the one that is up to 75Mbps. Is it slow?
Depends on how long you want to wait to download the full, uncompressed copy of "Adam, Unclothed". I think the toilet scenes alone would take about a week at 75Mbps, to say nothing of the extensive "reviews" of his junk.

Took a day off. A co worker thinks because she's dating a manager, she herself is a manager. That's some Hillary B.S. right there. "We are the manager!"

Resume updated: Check.

Not to mention, the excessive use of camera zoom made me seasick.

That's a lot faster than what they offered us.
Do you guys live near each other? Every area is different, and each telecom is investing more and more in specific cities, especially with fiber optic!

As expected, this went straight down the pooper! I guess ATT is only offering copper on the other side of street, and you'll have to wait until 2018 for your side to be upgraded...

So I found Wayne's REW tutorial at the shack and wired it up. With a crossed signal, how do I get different L and R low ends? I just unplugged one speaker at a clip and then took a reading with both plugged in. My mic stands are in storage. I may as well pick them up when I go to get my crutches. SWMBO is at home now so no more test tones. How do I apply my calibration file?
