It's always that time of year.
You remind me that I need to put some more out today. There's still some in the feeder, but I need to put some out on the ground every day because the mourning doves just mow through it.
I also want to put some out because I want to try capturing some video of them with my new Canon XA30 that just got delivered yesterday. The manual is almost 200 pages long, so I've only scratched the surface, but the 20x optical zoom on that bad boy is like magic to me because I've never had a "real" camera before. I've always have point-and-shoot or cellphone cameras.
