I've seen the forum-based winners listed there, but not things like the 5.1 speaker contest for the previous month, or those other ones where you had to fill in a form rather than answer forum questions/polls.

So, the reason I've never seen one of those winners posted on the home page is because no winners were ever successfully contacted? The 5.1 speaker set is just the most recent. I never saw any of the previous ones either.
