I have worked in the service industry for about 2 years now.
My first year was served at a wine store, now I am a bartender.
I had a doctor once tell me that if you drink a glass of water with every drink you have you will be fine in the morning. Who the hell wants to drink that much water a night, I mean seriously if you are drinking beer and water thats 24 onces a drink, and if you drink like I do which isn't too extreme but lets say 6 beers. Thats 144 ounces, thats a lot of urinating~!
So ex that concept.
I came into work one day still some what drunk but kept wanting to go purge a little if you know what I mean. The chef hands me a glass ( Cranberry, Orange Sierra Mist and a little Grenadine). You would think this is instant pooping right. It actually made me feel 10 times better. I personally hate cranberry juice so eh.
The classic 2 motrins and 2 glasses of water BEFORE I goto bed, and then repeat in the morning works best for me.
