What's 'old' is 'new' again ..........

Seriously, I have no life.
I hate to think what this lot is worth now.



Well, the thing to consider is that the new one is being made now, when manufacurung cost is higher than ever, vs an existing one. Even if they're exactly equal, I think it would be better to buy vintage and recondition.

What's your opinion of the Thorens TD-165? I have read that the platter bearing is smaller, but it's as good as the TD-164 in other respects.
