Right, you are pretty hilarious (not.)

Just to be clear, hating Bush and his private war is in no way incompatable with loving America. (In fact, I hate Bush because I love America.)
It is true that there are too many people in this world, whether you choose to put your blinders on and ignore that fact or not.
My third date is Saturday.
I have actually considered a gun at home. This, of course, is fundamentally different than carrying it around (and is something I would not consider if I had kids in the apartment.)
I guess you don't have a sense of humor either. I was hoping for a snappy comeback. :( You are wound too tight Joe.

That is because you take things that are very positive attributes (eg wanting to have a decent president, being concerned about the environment, being opposed to violence) and try to turn them into something negative to be made fun of.:(

I know those rails are around here somewhere. Oh yes, here they are...

La Isla Bonita by Madonna. Surfin' Bird by the Ramones. Sunday Girl by Blondie. Ice Cream Man by Van Halen...

Jeesh Joe, All you had to do was say something like. Yeah right Jeff what puts you in a good mood. Songs like " I love my sister that's why I married her" by the dirty redneck group. Or maybe, "You can take my wife but not my gun" by the NRA's. Or maybe the all time favorite "A little radiation never hurt anyone" by the Three mile island band.

I pity the people who can't laugh at themselves:p

Funny titles and/or lyrics make me laugh, but it is the overall sound that puts me in a good mood. All the songs I listed make me dance, play air guitar, or just jump around.

Really Joe, I thought it would been songs like "I Hate America" by Al G and liberalets, or maybe "There are too many people in this world" by the Ted Turner Band, or classics like "I can't get a woman" by the I am so angry quartet and "Don't rob my house because I am unarmed" by the Sarah Brady bunch. lol:D

Sorry I couldn't resist much too easy a target. No hard feelings just having fun Joe:D
This has to be the best post I've read since reading one of my own.

Hey Pat,

If you like Latin Jazz, you should get some Cal Tjader, he'll blow you away, one of his best is Black Orchid (CD), but all his music is just outstanding.

It's from wiki, but it doesn't do the man justice, you've got to hear his material, it really is unbelievable.

Two come to mind:

1. A long-time favorite is "Walking on Sunshine" by Katrina and the Waves

2. A recent favorite is "Cobrastyle" by the Teddybears
