For something to do, I ordered and received from Cable Wholesale, 2 five foot lengths of Internet shielded Cat 6a. UL/CSA approved...etc. Well, I wanted the best. The total cost was $14.56 shipped, from their warehouse in GA. There was no issue with their Shielded Cat 5e for movies from Netflix, Prime, Paramount+, Hulu, HBO/Starz, and Disney+. My wife's TCL Smart 4K TV, is internet/modem wireless, and has no internet Movie issues or otherwise.

The only other thing I'm thinking about, is a 45 gallon replacement Breeder size aquarium, for my one Southern Painted Turtle.

Ordered a new stove and microwave for the house for Black Friday.

Had to buy a new thermostat because the old one a battery corroded and ate through the contact completely. Found that out while replacing the filter in the HVAC, came back down to turn it on and the thermostat was dead.

Bought new xmas lights and put them up.

My brother has a power washer, we power washed the whole garage and frontage.

it was sort of a honey-do weekend :D

Will do, I’ve had both and most recently the 880. I haven’t used one in a couple of years and HDMi CEC has been limping me by, but still requires occasionally using up to 4 remotes to switch functions and sources.
I've got the last generation of Harmony remotes, so I've been eyeing possible replacements when the time comes. Sofabaton has been at the top of my list for a while. I'll be interested to hear your thoughts as well.

Well, you may want to bite the bullet. I looked at it and there is an extra $40 off for Cyber Monday, on top of the sale price.

I would, but I've got a backup remote in a box for every remote I have in use. If the Harmony service went offline I'd have no choice but to migrate to something new.

Fingers crossed that it won't happen before they all die of old age.

Yeah, kind of tempted by that for my X4800H but don't know when I would have the time to sit down and re-calibrate everything. :D
Right. ;)

I just couldn't let the sale pass by without doing this. They only discount at BF. I'm hoping I have time to play on Wednesday as The Lady will be away.

I’ve been contemplating getting ART but I’m perfectly happy with DLBC on my x3800h, and it’s just a living room system.

lol..........I have a backup remote for 1 year old TCL TV, 2 for DTV Satellite Receivers, and 1 for new 2015 Denon AVR.

The DTV remote Turns On/OFF for TCL TV, DTV Satellite Receiver, and Denon AVR. Then pick up the Google TV remote for Streaming, or use DTV remote for Satellite channels.

I have a Harmony 650 and never used. I had no patience to correctly program. I had a hard time programming, etc.

I bought a Yamaha CD-S3000 on auction for $1600. Its a solid and mostly overlooked SACD player. Doesn't do transport but I don't need it to either.

The older Harmony remotes weren't nearly as good as the hub based remotes. Super difficult to program. A lot were IR only too, so you had to be sure to point it properly and all that.

Hub remotes just ask you what devices you have and how you want to use the inputs. Then it just works.

The Sofabaton looks very nice, but I don't need it yet. Hopefully I won't for a LONG time.
