If you read the reasons why, while the ratings have dipped a bit they are still solid for, its the deal the signed with the production company responsible for the series. the SYFY channel only has US Rights and can not put on their APP or site. That was the main reason why.

I haven't really begun watching the series yet. Now that it's cancelled, it makes me reluctant to start. :D

Speaking about cancellation, HULU just cancelled one of my favorite shows - THE PATH. :(

The expanse is awesome, especially from season 2. I really hope that Amazon will pick it up.

Well, I started watching The Expanse this weekend. I think I made it pass Episode 05. Still not feeling this show or connecting to any character yet.

So I decided to continue watching Bosch S02E02-09 and it got me hooked again. :D

So I will most likely finish Bosch S02 and go on to S03 and S04 before I will pick up The Expanse S01E06 again. You guarantee The Expanse S02 will be much better, huh?

"Colony" is another show I got hooked on after watching 2 episodes. The Expanse is taking a lot more for sure.

Just finish season 1. Yes, it is very slow. The cliffhanger in the last episode in s01 will change your mind.
I guarantee it.

That's what BoredSysAdmin is trying to tell me. :D

I'm on S01E06 now and I still don't feel any attachment to The Expanse yet.

If I'm going to be hooked to any show, it usually takes no more than six episodes (like The Sopranos).

Bosch S01 took about 2 episodes to hook me. Bosch S02 took about 4 or 5 episodes to hook me.

I definitely want to be hooked to The Expanse and be able to watch all 4 seasons continuously.

Tomb Raider 2018. I think that Alicia Vikander is a young and talented actress, but she's no Angelina. I mean nowhere near. I get it's a prequel. It's full of action and certain storm looks very impressive, but the rest is very predictable. Good sound, good visuals. Rent BD if you're bored or looking for a dumb action movie. You won't be disappointed (badly)

My wife is a big Alicia Vikander fan, so we end up watching a lot of her movies.

I agree that this Tomb Raider 2018 is dumb action movie. :D

Speaking of dumb movies, I just saw the "Thoroughbreds 2017" movie. It was both dumb and boring. I fell asleep a few times. Geez. o_O
