Polk - I own and use (as my mains) vintage LS-90s, CS-350LS & LS/FXs
Klipsch - also own and use, secondary desktop, they're okay
Quad ESLs- Got to listen extensively thanks to a friend, wow.
Michael Green - auditioned, tunable cabinets, quite something, finicky
Legacy - auditioned, liked, complex, out of my price range
Vandersteen - auditioned the 5s, I think, almost bought, too reflective
KEF - too bright for my taste
NHT - very, very good, just not exactly what I wanted, too beamy
