For those who do not want to even pay mid-range price. Motorola phones very little bloatware, around 200 bucks little more if one want 256g. I switched from Apple overpriced phones. Edge: 349.00 256g.

Edited: This is the one I have, like it a lot! 256g. Does everything that my iPhone 14 pro max did on a quarter of the price.
I do use the stylus, comes in handy when you got to sign e-documents. 6.7 OLED screen. Plus you can use an E-Sim or nano SIM or both if you want two cellphone numbers. I'm very tempted to try the new Moto Razor. Just waiting for the the price to come down some.

I have an iPhone 14 through my work, but my favorite is the Nothingphone. It is now in gen 2, but I do have the gen 1. I paid around $500, it has 50 Gigapixel double camera, but no digital zoom on the highest rez. Better photo quality than my iPhone 14 (although I do not have 16 pro)

Great screen, very cool and it has the features I need, it has auto silence mode
Turn it upside down and it is silent, but there is a "glyph" inteface that notifies you with lights
Turn it screen up and it is not silent

@Apple, why you still have that ridiculous "silent button"

For daily use, I prefer it over the way way way more expensive iPhone. IMHO, strongly recommended!
Nothingphone is by far the coolest phone I seen, IMHO
