I don't think Election fraud exists either and I've more than a few times have said so. The National Board of Elections in ~2005 publicly stated their support for voter ID.

If you don't have an ID you arent' flying in a plane, purchasing a gun (also a right), renting a car, opening a bank account, getting a tattoo, purchasing tobacco and alcohol, getting on government assistance are also all 'systemic suppression' according to you.
