I'm a member of the 'Greenville Jct Depot Friends' and the Save the Depot project. For 20 plus years I snowmobiled out of Greenville Jct on the southern end of Moosehead Lake in Maine. If it wasn't for the twelve hour drive I'd love to be there this Sat when it pulls in !

At the 7:29 mark is a pic of the 'Buffalo Day' leaving Harrisburg, Pa, as a young lad I rode that train many times back home to Buffalo, right up to the very end, 4-30-71. 5-1-71 Amtrak began and the train was gone, sad, one of the best daylight cab rides I've ever been on.
