As for a "musical" sub going to only 30Hz, depends what your music is. Pipe organs go much lower. I believe the lowest note on a piano is 28Hz. A number of my music CDs contain infrasonic data, such as taiko drumming or some of my electronic albums.
This is true, however the majority of music only has content down to 35Hz.

The 2100 and 2200 run around $599 and $799 US.

We were talking about the Paradigm 15" sealed Servo sub. It's an acoustic suspension design, with loads of power, and tight musical bass.

That particular sub will go for $1300 - $1800. It's priced in line with the Velodyne DD-10.
