The power with 5/7ch driven is even better with the 4520. Yet that Anthem retails for $3500.....over double the final msrp set by Denon ($1600) but they're not the same generation for Atmos/4k either.
I think a more appropriate comparison is the AVR-X7200WA vs the MRX-1120. I didn't do that because while S&V's bench do show better numbers for the X7200WA, something didn't look right. After that they seem to have stopped bench testing completely. I think there is something going there, Gene/Audiohoics.com may be our last and only hope, if we still like some good bench test data. S&V's have never been my top choice, but they did provide some useful data albeit very limited, over the years.
