I've been on their case for all sorts of phone echo's and other issues. I'm not sure it is Verizon because they've checked everything and we technically pay our service through a fly-by-night called Global Crossing. Our home non-profiet gets us the best price but not the best speed/service.

I think its crazy that ISP want to limit speeds on the top tier products. With all of the streaming services available and coming out, the FCC should step in and do something about it

GlocksRock Audioholic Spartan Mar 9, 2010 #92 I guess my cable modem can't be hacked... but I agree, I pay enough money for my internet each month, and even when I had the turbocharged road runner, I really only gained about 50% more upload speed, download was a bit faster, but not by much.
